Service Policy

We have a no refund policy on services completed at our salons. We offer complimentary re-dos within 7 days of the service completion pending management approval.

Product Refunds

We have a no refund policy on products.

Late Arrivals

Please call the salon if you think you may be late to your appointment.  We will give each client a 5 minute grace period, after the 5 minutes your appointment time may be reopened and/or given away. We will try our best to complete all services booked in the allotted time your appointment was given but it may not be possible. If this happens you will still be responsible for the full amount of the services booked.
